3.1 To access real-money features of the 365com Platform, you must register a personal Account. Registration is free of charge.
3.2 Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) Account on 365com. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual, household, device, IP address, payment method, or identity document constitutes a breach of these Terms. 365com reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.3 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid email address. 3.4 You must not register or use an Account on behalf of any third party. Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account or credentials is strictly prohibited.
3.5 365com reserves the absolute right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason.
As part of the Account registration and ongoing KYC process, 365com may request a copy of a government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension until verification is complete.
4.1 The 365com Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 (twenty-one) years and above. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.
4.2 365com operates a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all associated deposits will be returned where technically possible, and all gameplay activity conducted on the account will be voided.

All deposits to your 365com Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 365com accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, MCB, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. 365com does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 365com accepts no liability.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible. Before any withdrawal is processed, the Account must have passed full KYC verification. 365com targets same-session processing of withdrawal requests, with an average processing time of approximately 15 minutes, though this may vary subject to banking partner processing times outside 365com's direct control.
365com reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity checks, fraud investigations, or review of compliance with these Terms. Where an Account is found to have breached these Terms, any balance may be forfeited in accordance with Clause 13 (Account Closure).
All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the 365com Platform are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 365com does not accept or pay out in any foreign currency.
365com strictly prohibits deposits from or withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in the name of the Account holder. Any funds received from a third-party payment account may be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
6.1 From time to time, 365com may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, or other promotional incentives to registered Users. All such promotions are subject to these Terms and to the specific bonus terms published alongside each individual offer.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 365com promotions:

7.2 All 365com games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology audited to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. No bet placement, Account tenure, deposited balance, or any other factor influences the outcome of any game.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, 365com will make all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. 12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 365com's liability for death or personal injury caused by 365com's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13.1 You may request closure of your 365com Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.2 365com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account, and to withhold or forfeit balances therein, in circumstances including but not limited to:
